1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster (3–6 business days).
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring your chest and comparing it with our measurements. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
6. What materials are your polo shirts made from?
Our polos are made from premium fabrics including 100% cotton, cotton-polyester blends, and performance fabrics (moisture-wicking and breathable). Fabric details are listed on every product page.
7. Are your polo shirts suitable for work and casual wear?
Yes. Our polos are designed to be versatile — perfect for smart casual offices, golf, dinners, and weekend wear.
8. Do the polos have pockets?
Some styles include a chest pocket. This is clearly indicated on the product description.
9. How should I care for my polo shirts?
Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. We recommend washing inside out to maintain color and appearance. Avoid bleach and high heat.
10. Are the colors true to the pictures?
We make every effort to display accurate colors. However, slight variations may occur due to different monitor settings. If the color is significantly different, you may return it under our return policy.
11. Do you offer big & tall sizes?
We currently offer sizes from S to XXL. Please check the size chart on each product for exact measurements.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my polo arrives damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
